P90X Vs Insanity
You know when you look at yourself in the mirror and you think...........hmm this is not looking good? And you know that you go to gym but doing the same routine three times a week is just not enough when you can't resist a bit of chocolate and a cake at elevensies? Then it is time to have a serious overhaul of your fitness regime.
One of the ways you can do this is by doing a dvd at home. Now I like the gym but I have never been a fan of those classes. You know where there is someone at the front and everyone else looks like they have been doing the exercises since they were three, but I am wobbling everywhere and I look like I am having a fit? Not good. Not good at all.
So I have decided that I need to do some sort of fitness dvd thing at home and you know what? I really like the look of those hard men doing the fitness videos, like P90X and Insanity. I was looking at this lens on squidoo - P90x vs insanity and I think P90X could be a good idea for me.
What I like about it is that P90X offers free personal trainers. Well they are not exactly free really - what they are are people who have completed P90X and they have websites. So if you buy any other products, then the trainers get a commission. Which is fair enough but surely the trainers are going to shove the products down your throat like crazy.
I know I need to give up the chocolate and the cake at elevensies but I don't necessarily want to shift over to protien shakes. I just feel that if I eat normal portions of normal food and avoid all the junk then I should shift a few pounds.
Still not sure which one to go for but will try to remember to update as time goes on.

Fitness DVD - Aren't they all the same?
The short answer is no they are not. There are hundreds of fitness DVDs on the market - how do you know if the one that has caught your eye is any good? The answer is, well, you don't unless you get an opinion of one.

It is such a pleasure when a website not only looks good but provides the buyer with good information. I was so pleased to see this, not least because I was thinking of getting one of the dvds which promised me a models butt. That I could have a butt that looked like a models, not literally...........you get what I mean.
I am so glad I didn't order it because apparently it is total rubbish. So automatically it has saved me $20. Now I can save that up and get the one I really want P90X which is going to give me the body I have dreamed of this summer! See you on the beach!

Top Gun Hard Lock

Set in the present day, the online game differs from the film which was watched in the 1980's. The player takes the role of Spider, a happy confident pilot, straight out of the academy. Just like Maverick, Spider is a rule breaker who doesn’t always listen to the boss. Similar to Top Gun, missions will be flown with a wingman and also there is the usual friendly banter during the video game . The graphics are designed to replicate those aerial combat scenes characteristic to Top Gun, reproducing the intimate action sequences with the gamer in the middle of the action. Therefore, the video game looks, seems and seems just like the real Top Gun, but ultimately more modern.Playing Modes
The gamer modes, Hard Lock and Danger Zone, offer different experiences. Hard Lock single player means fifteen different missions, and they are all set in a different backdrops. Adding to the realism, there are flashbacks to the training academy and conversations with Maverick. Players in Top Gun Hard Lock mode can engage the opponent in dogfights, unleashing amazing weapons on to their targets and executing incredible airborne combat moves, for example loop-the-loops, barrel rolls and hard banks. The capacity to pull off these fantastic moves at the heart of the action continues to retain the player visually satisfied. Throughout each campaign the aim is to engage and defeat the enemy whilst following an engaging and interactive storyline.
The second playing mode, Danger Zone, takes everything the user has learnt in Hard Lock mode and intensifies it. Danger Zone places the gamer against a continual barrage of enemy forces from bombers, enemy aces, ground targets, fighter among others. Controls
The controls are extremely easyand it doesn’t take a long timeto understand manoeuvrability of the aircraft. A right click is used to perform exclusive moves, including the cobra and within minutes the user will feel as if an awesome pilot able to take on anything at all the opponent tosses their way.
